As Team Winglovitz enters its 12th Anniversary year, we are grateful for the opportunity to once again honor Gary’s spirit and the values he lived so fully. With each passing year, this tradition continues to grow in meaning, bringing friends, family, and community together in support of the Delaware Youth Center. Our shared intention remains simple yet powerful: to make a positive difference while celebrating a life that touched so many.

Gary’s love of running and his deep commitment to community service remain at the heart of everything we do. His pride in his hometown and his genuine desire to give back continue to guide and motivate us. In his memory, alongside our children, the Winglovitz family, and the incredible support of friends, we are proud to carry this legacy forward through the DYC River Race.

We warmly invite you to join Team Winglovitz in any way that feels right for you.

Please save the date for race day: Sunday, July 19, 2026. Races will be staggered, with the first start for competitive runners at 8:15 am.

If you cannot attend in person, you can participate from anywhere by registering for the Gary A. Winglovitz Virtual Run. Select your own course, choose your distance, and run or walk wherever you are.
